Accounts and points

• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Points are a usage credit for AI generation. Pricing, point costs, and provider availability may change as provider costs or product behavior change.
• Beta features may fail, change, pause, or produce inconsistent results. We may refund or restore points at our discretion when platform errors occur.

User responsibility

You are responsible for any themes, lyrics, names, personal details, source material, references, instructions, and generated outputs you create, upload, publish, download, or use outside KineSonic.

KineSonic tries to block unsafe and infringing requests, but AI systems can make mistakes. You must review outputs before sharing or using them commercially and must obtain any rights, permissions, clearances, or licenses required for your use.

Acceptable use

• Do not request, upload, generate, publish, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, or abusive content.
• Do not use KineSonic to sexualize minors, exploit children, encourage self-harm or violence, impersonate real people, create non-consensual intimate or deceptive identity content, or violate privacy rights.
• Do not request copies, close imitations, or confusingly similar versions of real songs, lyrics, melodies, recordings, voices, artists, bands, characters, trademarks, or protected works.
• Do not bypass safety controls, overload the service, scrape private areas, reverse engineer protected systems, resell access without permission, or interfere with other users.

AI-generated outputs

KineSonic outputs are generated or transformed by AI systems and third-party providers. They are intended to be original, synthetic works inspired by general genres, moods, themes, and user-controlled parameters, not copies of specific songs, artists, lyrics, recordings, or real people.

We do our best to produce useful, high-quality, original results, but AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee the quality, style match, artistic value, completeness, lyrics, mix, vocal result, commercial suitability, uniqueness, copyrightability, non-infringement in every jurisdiction, platform acceptance, or final outcome of any generated track or asset. You use outputs at your own risk and remain responsible for your downstream use.

Fictional artists

KineSonic virtual artists are fictional synthetic personas. They do not represent, impersonate, endorse, or copy any real person, singer, band, celebrity, performer, or rights holder.

Complaints and enforcement

Send copyright, privacy, safety, or abuse complaints to molfars.dev@gmail.com. We may remove content, disable access, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, refund points, or report severe abuse when appropriate.

Disclaimers and liability

KineSonic is provided as-is and as-available. We try to make the service reliable, creative, and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation success, output quality, artistic result, commercial result, or that any specific user goal will be achieved.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KineSonic and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform removals, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service or outputs.
