What is AI-generated

KineSonic is an AI music studio. Composition plans, titles, lyrics, cover-style imagery, artist imagery, voice previews, vocal transformations, and audio may be generated, synthesized, edited, or transformed with AI systems.

Third-party generation providers

KineSonic routes generation tasks to specialized providers. Google Gemini may be used for creative planning, lyrics, and context generation; Gemini API Lyria may be used for music generation; ElevenLabs may be used for music or voice generation; RunPod-hosted services may be used for Demucs/RVC voice processing; Firebase/Google Cloud stores app data and private media.

Providers receive generation context only as needed to perform the requested operation. We do not sell user data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use private user materials to train KineSonic models.

Copyright posture
  • KineSonic is built to generate original music inspired by broad genres, moods, instruments, flows, themes, and user preferences.
  • KineSonic does not knowingly generate copyrighted songs, copy protected lyrics, clone real artists, imitate real bands, or reproduce signature melodies, recordings, characters, slogans, or trademarks.
  • Prompts and provider instructions are designed to avoid real artist names, band names, song titles, and copyright-protected references.
  • If an output appears to infringe someone else’s rights, do not use or distribute it. Report it so we can investigate and disable access when appropriate.
Human responsibility

AI systems can produce unexpected similarities, factual errors, offensive material, low-quality outputs, unusable mixes, or unsafe artifacts. KineSonic is provided as-is: we do our best, but we do not guarantee any specific end result. Users are fully responsible for the instructions and materials they provide and for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise using them.

Copyright complaints

Send complaints to molfars.dev@gmail.com. Include your contact information, the copyrighted work you believe is affected, the KineSonic material or track URL/identifier, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

No endorsement

Generated tracks, fictional artists, and visual assets do not imply endorsement by any real artist, label, publisher, platform, venue, brand, or rights holder.
