Your data stays personal.
This policy explains what KineSonic collects, why it is needed, how AI providers process generation context, and how users can request access, deletion, or support.
Privacy-first promise
KineSonic is designed around private creative work. We do not sell personal data, we do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your account, listening taste, prompts, lyrics, generated tracks, or feedback to train KineSonic-owned machine learning models.
Some generation features require specialized service providers. When we use providers such as Google Gemini/Lyria, ElevenLabs, RunPod, Firebase, Stripe, Spotify, or YouTube, we send only the information reasonably needed to provide the requested service, operate the product, process payments, or keep the system secure.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, profile photo, authentication provider, and basic account timestamps.
- Studio and Library data, such as selected flows, controls, adjustment notes, optional lyrics or personal-song details, composition plans, generated track metadata, feedback, point transactions, and private audio storage paths.
- Personalization data you choose to connect, such as listening metadata, taste summaries, platform tokens, and derived Sonic DNA used to make flows more relevant.
- Payment and wallet information needed for Stripe checkout, point balances, invoices, transaction records, fraud prevention, and support.
- Technical data, such as logs, device/browser metadata, IP-derived security signals, diagnostics, errors, and usage events needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
- Authenticate users, operate Studio, generate composition plans and audio, maintain private Library access, and show generation progress.
- Personalize flows and recommendations when you intentionally connect a music service or provide creative context.
- Enforce point balances, process purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, secure accounts, and respond to support, privacy, and copyright complaints.
- Improve product reliability, safety systems, and user experience using operational analytics and aggregated patterns, not by training generative models on your private creative materials.
Service providers and AI processing
KineSonic uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to generate plans, lyrics, voice previews, images, and music. Depending on the feature, generation context may be processed by Google Gemini/Lyria, ElevenLabs, RunPod, Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, Spotify, YouTube, and similar service providers.
We minimize provider inputs where practical. For example, a music provider should receive enough musical direction to generate the track, not unnecessary account details. We require providers to process data for service delivery and related security, legal, billing, and abuse-prevention purposes, not for selling user data.
Security and private audio
- Generated audio is stored privately and accessed through authenticated, owner-checked, short-lived URLs.
- We use modern cloud security practices, authenticated requests, least-privilege access patterns, encrypted transport, managed storage controls, and operational monitoring.
- No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If we discover a security issue affecting users, we will investigate, mitigate, and notify affected users when legally required or otherwise appropriate.
Your controls
- You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or account support by emailing molfars.dev@gmail.com.
- You can disconnect external music services where the product exposes that control or ask us to revoke stored tokens.
- KineSonic does not sell or share personal information for advertising. If that ever changes, we will provide clear notice and required opt-out controls before doing so.
Children
KineSonic is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be presented clearly. Questions, privacy requests, copyright complaints, and safety complaints can be sent to molfars.dev@gmail.com.
Questions or complaints?
Privacy, safety, copyright, and account requests go to the same monitored contact.
